Prana Ecstatic Dance Special with Thanuja
If you love and long to dance, this practice is for you. There are no limits on age or experience for this practice. It is your own unique journey. If you can walk, you can dance. This is a creative free form dance, where we tune into our bodies and listen to the deep inner wisdom we all have within ourselves. At the same time, we tune out of our mind, thoughts and any judgements we have, especially about ourselves.

BM Lounge Vol. IX
The Berlin based German-Sri Lankan group, Carnatic Comfort Zone, are part of the Global Music Academy. Led by the charismatic Sri Lankan singer and percussionist Manickam Yogeswaran, Carnatic Comfort Zone explores South Asian music traditions through Yogeswarans music, which combines the poetry of Rabindranath Tagore and compositions based on the ancient Thirrukural text using some of the more unusual modes of the Melakarta with modal harmony, improvisation and funky bass lines.
