Landfill Harmonic
The U.S. Embassy is hosting American Filmmaker Brad Allgood in Sri Lanka, as part of the American Film Showcase – a U.S. State Department-sponsored program that uses film as a medium to prompt social dialogues on civic issues. Filmmaker Allgood’s movie ‘Landfill Harmonic’ is being featured through the AFS this year where he chronicles his experiences of engaging with a group of youth and children from Paraguay who came up with a creative solution to grapple with the country’s garbage crisis.
