The Ifthar dinner buffet has a variety of Middle Eastern dishes on offer such as Humus, Tabbouleh a fresh Arabic salad seasoned with lemon juice and olive oil and an Arabic Mezze platter are amongst the varied spread at the Ifthar buffet.
