Graze Kitchen restaurant is proud to announce the second consecutive year of the Hummus Festival, which will take place from 23rd March to 20th April 2023. This year’s festival promises to be even more exciting than last year’s, with an expanded range of Middle Eastern and international delicacies.
The festival will consist of two sittings, starting at 06.30pm and running till 09.00pm, with a second sitting from 09.00pm till 11.00pm. The starting price per person is Rs 7,188 nett, which includes a wide range of Middle Eastern and International buffet items, along with an extensive selection of hummus dishes.
The Middle Eastern section of the buffet will feature a range of delicious hummus dishes, including cashew hummus, pumpkin & cinnamon hummus, chocolate & coffee hummus, and minced beef hummus. These unique flavors are sure to delight your taste buds and give you an authentic Middle Eastern experience.
The International buffet will feature a wide range of dishes from around the world, including salads, soups, main courses, and desserts. Whether you prefer Asian, European, or Western cuisine, you are sure to find something to your liking at the Hummus Festival. The buffet will also be accompanied by an endless flow of mocktails & cocktails.
Enjoy unbelievable digital illustrations by Niwanthi Weeratunga showcasing the Arabian tale live over the weekend during the holy month of Ramadan. Additionally, you can visit the Mehendi Art Corner located in the lobby to have your preferred Mehendi designs drawn by the talented designer Mrs. Ibrahim. This is a unique opportunity to add a special touch to your Iftar celebration and create memorable moments with your loved ones.
For those who prefer to enjoy Iftar in the comfort of their own homes, a diverse range of hummus and Iftar options, as well as Family Sawan’s, are now available for delivery. Free delivery services are available within Colombo and the surrounding areas.
