7 Degrees Restaurants offers a unique dining experience in Colombo.

Sri Lanka’s first and only immersive dining experience

7 Degrees Restaurants, a new and exciting addition to Colombo’s nightlife and entertainment scene has been open to the public since December 2022. The restaurant is a brainchild of sibling duo Heshani Malwenna and Nalin Malwenna, and it aims to bring an unparalleled dining experience to the shores of Sri Lanka. “I wanted to bring a slice of Emirati luxury back home. With its unique concepts, curated menus, and chic interiors, 7 Degrees is set to become Colombo’s newest entertainment hub,” Heshani stated.

7 Degrees Restaurants is a three-story building, with each floor boasting a unique dining concept, carefully curated menu, and theme to cater to various tastes. On the first floor, Amazoniko, a Fusion Bistro & Bar, serves classic dishes with a unique twist, including popular international dishes and specialising in Mediterranean cuisine. Amazoniko will open exclusively for dinner service and will be available for private functions during the day. Some of the popular dishes are Chicken Enchilada, Hummus bi Tahini, King Prawns in Crispy Batter with Spicy Honey, Nasi Goreng, Wok-fried Rice, Pan-Fried Snapper Fillet, Mixed Grilled Meat Platter, Lamb Kofta, Sizzling Beef Fajita and more.

On the second floor, 7 Degrees offers a VIP lounge and Sri Lanka’s first and only immersive dining experience, Immerse. Immerse provides a fully immersive dining experience that engages all the senses. It features projectors, sensors, Dolby Atmos surround sound, and lighting displays to take diners on a culinary journey, served over the course of 1.5 hours by the renowned Executive Chef Patrick Velans and his team.

The third floor features an open-air space for a more relaxed vibe with Mediterranean BBQ & Bar experience, WTF. WTF can accommodate up to 35 people and is perfect for a casual brunch, sunset drinks, or gatherings with friends. It offers a range of mouthwatering dishes with its preparation and flavours derived from authentic Middle Eastern cuisine. The second level of the third floor boasts incredible views of Colombo’s skyline with three private cabanas that can accommodate up to 6 people each.
