Full’R Burgers is Flipping into Maharagama.

If you’re on the lookout for the ideal burger spot in the Boralesgamuwa-Maharagama area, Full’R Burgers has just opened a new dine-in branch on Maharagama Road. Despite being a fresh addition with a newly opened ambiance, the restaurant already exudes a welcoming energy. The interior, still under completion, is lively with pastel hues adorning the glass walls and matching furniture, creating a vibrant atmosphere reminiscent of a Hollywood teen movie.

A standout feature is the open kitchen, offering a transparent view of the food preparation process, ensuring diners can see their meals being crafted with care. Full’R Burgers seems to be the perfect place to enjoy a delicious burger in a cheerful and inviting setting.

During our little burger hunt at Full’R, we sampled two of their best-selling burgers: Yolk of Fury and Dragon Bait. To accompany our burgers, we also indulged in Korean Crispy Chicken Drumlets (6 pcs) and French Fries as our sides paired with Coca Colas as our drink of choice.

Yolk of Fury : 1400/-

The Yolk of Fury burger at Full’R Burgers features a succulent homemade beef patty infused with the robust flavors of ginger, garlic, and soy sauce. Topped with a golden egg that delivers a spicy Chinese food kick from a dollop of chili paste, this burger packs a punch. A generous slathering of herb and garlic house sauce enhances the flavor, while fresh lettuce adds a crisp contrast. The cheesiness of the burger ties everything together, offering a delightful salty and milky finish. The soft brioche bun, baked to perfection, rounds out this delicious creation. Overall, the Yolk of Fury impresses with its powerful and well-complemented flavors with each bite.

Dragon Bait : 1600/-

The Dragon Bait burger was notably larger compared to the Yolk of Fury. It featured incredibly crispy chicken slathered in Full’R’s signature Asian sauce, which perfectly balanced sweet and spicy flavors. Grilled onions added extra crunch and acidity, complemented by pickled cabbage—though I wasn’t the biggest fan of the latter. The garlic mayo and melted cheese brought all the elements together within perfectly toasted extra-large buns topped with sesame seeds. The rich combinations of the Dragon Bait burger left us feeling fuller and thoroughly satisfied.

Korean Crispy Chicken Drumlets 6 Pcs. : 995/-

The crispiest yet juiciest chicken drumlets, tossed in an Asian sweet sauce, were served to us as a side at Full’R. The drumlets were perfectly cooked, boasting a golden, crunchy exterior while maintaining tender, succulent meat inside. The Asian sweet sauce, with its harmonious blend of sweetness and a hint of spice, coated each piece generously, enhancing the flavor profile. With every bite, we were reminded of the famous Asian dish of sweet and spicy chicken, the sauce delivering a delightful balance of tangy and savory notes. These drumlets, with their impeccable texture and rich flavor, left us feeling extremely satisfied and eager for more.

French Fries – 600/-

The French fries at Full’R Burgers were delightfully crispy and perfectly salty, providing a satisfying crunch with each bite. They were seasoned just right, making them a great side dish. However, we couldn’t help but wish they were thick-cut, as that would have complemented the hearty burgers even better, providing a more substantial bite and balancing the flavors more effectively. After all, who on earth has burgers without French fries? This classic side felt essential to complete the burger experience, adding that extra layer of indulgence to every bite.

In conclusion, our delightful excursion to Full’R Burgers not only filled our tummies but also left us thoroughly satisfied. The vibrant atmosphere and newly opened ambiance provided a welcoming backdrop as we savored their standout burgers. From the robust Yolk of Fury to the generously sized Dragon Bait, each item was a flavorful delight.

We were pleased to find that Full’R Burgers caters to families with a kid-friendly environment.
