The Nizam’s Feast is set to take stage on the following days at the three hotels; Radisson Hotel Colombo, (Dine Restaurant): 29th August to 1st September, Radisson Blu Resort Galle (Fusion Restaurant): 5th September to 8th September, Radisson Hotel Kandy (Dine Restaurant): 11th September to 14th September.
Chef Tarak, celebrated for his expertise in traditional Hyderabadi cuisine, hails from Ichchapuram, a vibrant town on the border of Odisha and Andhra Pradesh. With over 25 years of culinary experience, his mastery in creating authentic Hyderabadi dishes will be the highlight of Nizam’s Feast.
The menu features a rich selection of Hyderabadi classics, including the aromatic Hyderabadi Dum Biryani, Hyderabadi Kachi Gosht Ki Biryani, Dum Ka Murgh (slow-cooked marinated chicken), and Hyderabadi Haleem served with Sheermal. The feast also offers a diverse array of vegetarian specialties, each dish a tribute to the opulent heritage of the Nizams.
