Bread & Salad Corner
As guests arrived, they were greeted by a welcoming bread corner with freshly baked rolls and buns, the perfect way to kick off the evening. Next came a colorful salad station, full of crisp greens, fresh veggies, and plenty of dressings so everyone could build their own perfect salad. The seafood corner was another crowd-pleaser, featuring everything from prawns and oysters to beautifully grilled fish, sure to delight any seafood lover.

Global Flavours Under One Roof
Cinnamon Life has really made a name for itself by bringing a wide range of flavours from around the world all under one roof. The Italian section featured classics like creamy risotto, and crispy, wood-fired pizzas topped with fresh ingredients. Sri Lankan dishes brought bold, familiar flavors with spicy chicken curry, fragrant yellow rice, and crunchy sambols that capture the island’s unique taste.
The Indian corner was a favorite, offering biriyani packed with spices, alongside creamy butter chicken, tangy masala dals, and soft naan breads. Over at the Japanese station, guests enjoyed beautifully crafted sushi rolls, delicate sashimi, and comforting bowls of miso soup.

At the heart of the event was Chef Choi Jae-Hyun, a culinary expert renowned for his expertise in traditional and contemporary Korean cuisine. His menu for the night featured a wide range of Korean staples.
