In recognition of World Cleanup Day, Radisson Blu Resort Galle, Radisson Hotel Colombo, and Radisson Hotel Kandy each took meaningful action to support environmental conservation, with colleagues from all three properties conducting dedicated cleanup initiatives within their respective communities.
At Radisson Blu Resort Galle and Radisson Hotel Colombo, staff teams carried out beach cleanup initiatives, helping remove waste from the coastline and contributing to cleaner and more sustainable coastal surroundings. At Radisson Hotel Kandy, colleagues turned their attention to Kandy Lake, conducting a dedicated cleanup initiative to help preserve one of the city’s most iconic natural and cultural landmarks.
While each property carried out its own initiative, the three projects shared a common purpose: encouraging environmental responsibility and making a positive contribution to the communities surrounding the hotels. The initiatives also gave colleagues an opportunity to step beyond their daily roles and actively participate in creating a cleaner environment.
