Bake Box does some deliciously sweet baked goodies. They're a home baker based in Nugegoda, and caters to your brownies, cookies, cupcakes, dessert jars and CBP needs.
Brownies & Cookies
We ordered four kinds of brownies – Nutella (Rs. 190), M&M (Rs. 170), KitKat (Rs. 175) and Chocolate Chips (Rs. 125).
Every brownie on this plate shared the same excellent, decadent texture and flavour. Absolutely gooey, moist and melt-in-the-mouth soft, they were hella chocolaty and had just the right amount of sweetness.
The crust on them wasn't as good as the September brownies, but we quite enjoyed the rich flavour they had.
This pack of 5 Chocolate Chip Cookies costs only Rs. 225. Chewy and soft, but albeit dry for our liking, they could use a bit more chocolate chips in them. However, for the said price, it's quite the deal. A tasty tea time snack, I must say.
Conclusion
We like Bake Box for their delicious brownies offered at wallet-friendly prices. From what we gathered, they do some excellent CBP, which, unfortunately, wasn't available on the day we placed our order.
