Four In Hand is a new online men’s apparel store that does some very unique and eye-catching ties, bows and pocket squares in cotton, silk and wool. We’re going to keep this review short and sweet, and let the pictures do most of the talking.
Materials & Design
Trying to find non generic men’s accessories in Colombo can be frustratingly difficult, but around three months ago we started seeing Four In Hand pop up on our newsfeed and we were pretty impressed with the designs.
A few weeks ago they got in touch with us and asked if we’d like to have a look at their stuff, and we were more than happy to. Long story short, our guys ended up buying a bunch of ties and bows, which means their stuff is legit.
If you check out their Facebook page or Instagram, you’d see that they’ve got everything from floral to polka dots and a particularly impressive selection of paisley pattern ties.
Four in Hand is also one of the only places that offer wool and knitted ties, which really stand out both in terms of look and feel.
They’ve also got arguably the best bow tie designs we’ve seen around Colombo.
Price & Delivery
The bows are priced at Rs. 1000 and ties at Rs. 1200 which is a bit more than what you’d pay for a regular design, but we think it’s totally worth it considering the quality of the products and the fact that they only bring down a limited stock of each design.
The best part is that they deliver for free within Colombo (and probably the suburbs if you speak to them) so all you need to do is find a design that you like and they'll get it to you.
Conclusion
Four In Hand is one of the best new additions to Men's fashion in Colombo this year. It's still a relatively small operation but judging by the designs and quality, we're sure things will pick up.
