This Japanese restaurant is led by three passionate owners who have also welcomed a professional chef from Japan. The chef traveled to Sri Lanka specifically to participate in the restaurant’s opening.
Kamikura’s bar offers a wide selection of fine whiskies and top-tier spirits in an atmosphere of Japanese elegance. Whether you’re seeking for a post-meal or a great start to your dining experience, it promises an unforgettable journey for fine tastes where tradition meets fascination.
They initiated the restaurant’s launch by offering Sri Lankan traditional dishes to their guests. This selection aimed to introduce the flavors and cultural heritage of Sri Lanka to the local and foreign community.
The chef mesmerized the guests with a captivating ‘Maguro Kai Tai’ show, showcasing his mastery in Japanese food preparation. He expertly sliced a giant tuna, revealing its exquisite marbling and vibrant colors.
