How the 60 minute promise works
The application enables a record to time the delivery of the food order to the customer within 60 minutes. The ultimate motive of this strategy is to retain customer trust and relieve them from unnecessary frustration in receiving their meals within the stipulated time as promised after the order is placed.
If the order is delivered later than the said 60 minutes, when the customer places the next food order within 7 days of the first order, the delivery fee is waived off subsequently through the system.
