Switzerland Drinks
The Switzerland drinks we received were the Strawberry and Guava drink and the Orange drink where the base is imported from Switzerland. The Strawberry and Guava drink is a refreshing and a delicious beverage which was a combination of strawberry and guava that creates a delightful sweet taste. The Orange drink is heavenly and it captures the essence of fresh oranges with a sweet taste. They also have Apple, Mango and Mixed Fruit flavors on their menu as well.
Fried Rice
The Fried Rice was seasoned well and it was delicious and we got the Vegetable Chopsuey along with it. We also got the Fried Chicken Curry where the fried chicken adds a delightful crunch to the curry. The Prawns Curry dish featuring prawns cooked in a flavorful curry sauce was also tasty. Hands down the Brinjal Moju and the Maldive Fish Sambol was undoubtedly tasty and is a must try to anyone who wants to eat Fried Rice as well as Yellow Rice.
Yellow Rice
The Yellow Rice was a delightful dish that came along with the Cashewnut Curry where the mid sweetness of cashew nuts mixed with the savory richness of spices. The Fish Ambulthiyal and Potato Tempered had an impeccable texture and it was made perfectly showcasing the chef’s culinary expertise.
Dessert
For a sweet ending to any meal the Caramel Pudding and the Watalapam are a must try from Warna caterers. The Caramel Pudding is a heavenly indulgence that captivates the senses with its velvety smoothness and rich caramel flavor. Watalappam which is a traditional dessert revealed layers of sweetness and is suitable for a taste of sri lankan elegance
