The Cricket World Cup Schedule (Sri Lanka Time, 2015).

This is the Sri Lankan match schedule for the ICC Cricket World Cup, 2015, held in Australia.

Australia/New Zealand time is unfavorable for Sri Lankans, but you can still catch a lot of matches at 9 AM, including the final on March 29.

Where And How To Watch

Normally this would be our biggest section, but this time you’ll probably be watching the matches at home or at work. We recommend asking your boss to put a TV in office for the 9 AM matches.

There are weekend matches that you can watch socially, as mentioned above, we recommend Playtrix, Cheers, The Manchester, or the Kingsbury or other hotels. They should be playing most of the matches, and definitely the Quarter-Finals and through if Sri Lankan makes it. Also, if you are or know a member, the private clubs are great places to watch (SSC, CR&FC, Swimming Club, Rowing Club, etc).

The match will be shown on Rupavahini this year, so you can pick it up on terrestrial, or as part of your satellite package. It will also be shown on Star Cricket and Star Sports has the streaming rights, though we’ve never tried that. It seems to only be for subscribers. For free feeds you can Google it, Watchcric.net seems to work. Streaming is a bit delayed so you can usually hear your neighbors if something major happens. You can listen to the scores on SLBC radio, or online via BBC 5 Live Sports. If you want to follow along online, definitely CricInfo, and the hashtag on Twitter is #CWC15. They also have a special page for World Cup coverage.
