At the inaugural event, the evening began with the Maghrib prayer, followed by the opening of the Iftar buffet. Guests were able to indulge in a specially curated selection of traditional Ramadan dishes, including dates, fresh juice and savoury appetizers such as crispy chicken samosas, spicy Maldivian fish patties and succulent fish rolls. The buffet also featured main dishes such as the flavoursome Chicken Kanji and mouth-watering Chicken Shawarma, alongside indulgent desserts such as Gulab Jamun and Carrot Halva. After the meal, the Isha prayer was observed, allowing guests to pause for spiritual reflection before continuing their evening.
