Hallow's eve is upon us. It's time to dust off your spooky, webby, costumes and dance around bonfires to ward off spirits. That’s how Halloween was celebrated aeons ago. The Celts beleived that on a certain day, the air between the living and the dead thinned (should explain the peculiar going ons these days in parts of Colombo) and when to prevent the dead from crossing realms, the Celts would build a bonfire, get in garb and dance to chase away the spirits. These days celebrate it a tad differently – there be just a downing of the spirits and dancing it off till the wee hours of the morning.
If you are planning to dress up as ghouls and ghost, goblins and vampires and other spooky whatnots but have no clue where to go dressed in all your deathly fare; fret not, here we have put down a list of all the places to haunt on Hallow's Eve.
