The flavors in the carbonara were skillfully chosen, and it was cheesy, creamy, and laden with chicken and mushrooms. “era buonissima” like the Italians tell it.
The Nasi is the next item, and my goodness it was delicious. Because it was served in a large bowl, three adults could easily split it. That nasi was extraordinary. a combination of chicken and seafood topped with chicken skewers, prawn crackers, and a bullseye egg.
