Skrumptious (Platinum One Suites)
The first-ever brownie bar in Colombo, Skrumptious recently opened their second branch at Platinum One Suites. Their brownies are still scrumptious, and our favourites were the Mocha Cream Cheese and Classic Cashew Nut. The price tags might look expensive at a glance, but given that they're sharable and comes with the addition of ice cream/whipped cream, it won't affect heavily on your wallet.
Berlin Sky Lounge
Berlin Sky Lounge is one of the best cityscapes in Colombo; period! On top of that, they do some excellent food that leans towards the German aspect of things, as well as a range of fantastic cocktails.
Lansi's
A massive shout-out to Lansi's for crafting up the most authentic version of lamprais we've had! And now they've partnered up with PickMe Food to save you the hassle of pre-ordering. Yay!
Mama Louie's
Mama Louie's is another reliable spot for rich, thin-crust, wood-fired pizzas in town, and now they have two outlets – at Sooriya Village and Kotte. We highly recommend their Aussie Lamb Pizza, which comes with a pile of Aussie lamb, chopped up black olives and lots and lots of bell pepper and capsicum, which makes it a meaty, spicy treat.
AOBA (One Galle Face)
AOBA at One Galle Face is a Japanese Bar that has all your favourites – from sushi, sashimi to yakitori and don, which you can pair up with a glass of Japanese Whiskey/Sake.
