Awurudu Rasa Raashiya with Knorr
Preparation Time: 5 -10 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 – 15 minutes
Serves: 4 – 5

Ingredients:
300g diced pineapple
1 KMF packet
1/4 thinly sliced onion
1 sliced green chili
2 cloves of sliced garlic
Rampe and curry leaves
1 tbsp. curry powder
½ turmeric
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp dill
1 tbsp. kithul trickle
1 cup of thick coconut milk
Salt to taste
Method:
1. Heat some oil in a pot and add onion, garlic, rampe and curry leaves, along with green chilies and sauté until fragrant. Add the pineapple and sauté a bit more.
2. Add all the condiments and KMF and mix well. Then add the coconut milk and kithul trickle and boil. Taste and serve.
Chef Tips:
Avoid using pineapples which are too ripe or raw.
