A competition to develop a one-minute video on the theme: Value of Forests.
This short video is expected to create awareness of the important role that forests play in fighting climate change; regulating weather patterns; providing livelihoods; preserving biodiversity; ensuring water security; preventing natural disasters; and maintaining soil quality, etc.
The MP4 or AVI video of a maximum duration of 1 minute, can be filmed using a video camera, a smartphone, or computer-generated animation (or a combination of these).
Submission deadline: 11 March 2017 - 12.00 pm
The video would be judged on the following criteria:
• Relevance to theme
• Clarity of message
The video clip can be submitted by posting your video clip to this Facebook Page (1-minute Video Competition event page) or as a message via Facebook.
