The meal includes a champagne hour, pairing with fine wines and a cocktail hour following dessert with a Q&A with Chef Atherton to explain his thinking behind his innovative menu.
Chef Atherton began his culinary career working under the guidance of a host of Michelin Star chefs, including Pierre Koffman and Nico Ladenis; he then became the Executive Chef at Gordon Ramsay’s Michelin starred Maze worldwide restaurants. In 2010 Chef Atherton launched his own restaurant group, The Social Company, that now has 18 hugely sought after restaurants and bars around the world.

Chef Jason will be cooking his meal on the 13th of August 2017 at the Cinnamon Grand Hotel Atrium. He, along with his two Sous Chefs, will be cooking every single course.
