Barefoot is hosting an exhibition of drawings, photographs and furniture from the trust of late architect Geoffrey Bawa. The South Asian design giant was a national tastemaker (building iconic structures like Parliament and the Kandalama Hotel) but he saved much of his creative genius for his home off Bagatalle Road and his southern retreat, Lunuganga. To commemorate Bawa Commemoration Week, his trust is offering tours of the iconic locations, but they're all sold out.

Fret not. You can still see what was inside Bawa's houses at the Barefoot Gallery and garden cafe, all while sipping an iced tea and generally enjoying yourself, true Bawa style.
