Burger Culture is a great spot for some mouthful, meaty burgers. A cloud kitchen based in Kotte, they deliver these delicacies to many areas in the burbs, through PickMe Flash, PickMe Food and Uber Eats.
The Burgers
Our order was to Maharagama, and the burgers were still warm when they arrived at our doorstep.
This is the Double Beef Burger. Stacked up high with two hefty beef patties and melting cheddar in between, it had a nice slathering of onion jam and pickles. We absolutely loved its beautiful flavour medley — sweet, sour and incredibly meaty, all thanks to the excellently prepared beef patties. Everything becomes even more interesting when the gooey cheese steps into the mix.
Burger Culture uses brioche buns, which were soft and well-toasted with a whiff of butter.
Featuring a hefty chunk of crispy chicken to boot, the Crispy Chicken Burger was a winner. We absolutely enjoyed the crunchy, juicy texture of the chicken, while the cheddar sauce laces it with more flavour. It was further elevated by the chilli mayo sauce, which added this nice spicy, tangy kick.
We also received a portion of Crispy Chicken Strips, served alongside their special sauce. Beautifully golden fried from the outside, they were wonderfully crispy and went well with the tart, spicy sauce.
Conclusion
Almost everything on Burger Culture’s menu stays between Rs. 600 and Rs. 1000, which makes it incredibly budget-friendly. Rich in flavour and packed with meat, they totally give your money’s worth. We highly recommend.
