Fortune Boat is a Chinese restaurant, hidden just off Independence Square near the newly refurbished Colombo Racecourse. They serve a selection of Cantonese, Sichuan and Beijing cuisines.
Chinatry is a new Sichuan centered Chinese restaurant on Flower Road. The food is creative, flavorful and refreshingly different from the other Chinese food in town.
Fenghuang Lou, is a pretty solid Chinese food spot. The food is actually very reasonable given the great taste and quantity, and if you're not really looking for a romance spot, the ambience is fine too.
168 Sea Food Palace is a veteran among Chinese eateries in Colombo and is still hugely popular among locals.
Peach Valley is an old favourite when it comes to Sri Lankanized Chinese in Colombo. Their food is decent but the specials seem to be their strong suit.
