I purchased a maxi dress last week and after one wash the colour started fading and it looked unwearable!
I can't imagine what would have happened if I had put it in the wash with my other clothes.
A bad experience and I need to say it's unfortunate that they only cater most of their clothes to very small sized women. I mean just cause the owner is stick thin doesn't mean she should disregard the rest of the more curvaceous and fuller women who have way more to flaunt:)
sorry, not sorry

Hi Dilini, we are sorry for your unfortunate experience and we wish to refund your money for the item.
However we do not intend to disregard any size by any means and we do carry all sizes in our store , also we provide the Custome orders to customers who wish to have their sizes done in specific designs .

Shay int I believe your above comment is untrue. I asked for a customized piece to be made to a bigger size. When I came to pick it up it didn't fit and all I got was a I'm sorry and I left empty-handed. Waste of time.

Hello there,
I'm sure it's been quite a traumatising experience of your maxi dress fading that you had to come and name call and body shame on a public platform.
Firstly, I do shop at Shay Int too and never once have I seen JUST tiny sizes available. As a 'stick thin' person myself i'm glad she actually caters for us too and not just the curvy girls who have 'way more to flaunt'!
Anyway next time you want to complain about the quality of a garment, you might want to actually go to her store and ask for a refund or exchange before you come on over here (hiding behind a computer screen no less) and leave a fowl comment looking to discourage other potential customers.

The clothes that are shown on the shops fb page do not reflect the color or quality of the real product in store. The overuse of amateur filters and badly angled photos are very misleading to the consumer . I've been to the store several times now to find out the material and finish of the garments are poor in quality and workmanship. As a normal sized person I couldn't even comfortably fit into a large size even though I have always been a Small/Medium. The attendant was not helpful and gave me an awkward gaze constantly. With the overpriced garments and bad stitching I would recommend going to Mango, Kelly or any other store.
