With covid I'm sure most of us have to shop online, something I have experienced in Sri Lankan online clothes retailers is that they offer no refund policy for ill fitting clothes, purchased online even after following the measurment guidelines and pictures given.
Isn't this an unfair practice?
Raising this with the relevant retailers have brought in 0 response.
What do ya'll think, can't this be changed?
Yamu, can't you do something? :D
I think it's a fair point since, online we can only see how the clothes look on a model and general measurements, so of course as much as some clothes will fit, some we just can't judge unless tried on.
Or some retailers even only let online purchases be exchanged for another online purchase only, how does that make any sense?
