Bacon Jam

Follow these steps:

Ingredients

• g of Bacon
• clove of Garlic
• Onions
• tsp of Salt
• tbsp of chilli paste
• tbsp of Kitul Treacle
• tsp of oregano

Equipment

• 1 Frying Pan

Method

• Dice the bacon into small squares.
• Fry the diced bacon in a fryin pan.
• Remove the bacon from the pan but keep the oil in.
• Add the garlic, onions and fry and add salt and mix.
• Add chilli paste after the onions have been fried well.
• Add the kitual treacle after the chilli paste is well combined.
• Add the oregano and the fried bacon back into the mixture.
• Simmer until thick.

Spread this on anything, literally, anything!
