Bitter Gourd Fried Sambol

My Sister's Kitchen shows us how to make the bomb bitter gourd on biscuits.


  • grams of Bitter Gourd
  • grams of Small Onions
  • grams of Green Chillies
  • grams of Tomatoes
  • juice of Lime
  • pinch of Salt
  • grams of Cream Cheese
  • pack of Cream Crackers


  • 1 Bowl
  • 1 Frying Pan


  • Cut, scoop (out seeds), and slice bitter gourd.
  • Slice onions, green chillies, and tomatoes and keep separate from sliced bitter gourd.
  • Deep fry bitter gourd in oil till golden brown.
  • In a bowl, mix together fried bitter gourd, onions, green chillies, and tomatoes.
  • Add lime juice and salt to taste.
  • Assemble on a cream cracker with cream cheese.



Crackers can be substituted for roast paan or toast!
