Cookie Dough Chocolate Balls

  • Cookie Dough is the latest thing to take the crazy-food trend by storm. Although it's been around for a while, people are starting to figure out the many things you can do with cookie dough. We thought we'd try it out.

Yes raw flour is bad for you, yes these are uncooked. But it won't hurt to try something different for a change! If you don't like these raw, then just pop them in the oven for about 30 minutes on Gas 5 and enjoy your cookies.


  • g of Ritzbury Chocolate Chips
  • cups of All purpose flour
  • tsp of Vanilla Extract
  • cups of Powdered Sugar
  • cup of Butter
  • g of Butter
  • g of Dark Cooking Chocolate
  • cup of Cream


  • 1 Bowl


  • Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract/essence, along with 2 cups of flour. Mix well.
  • Add the chocolate chips into the batter and mix.
  • Scoop out little portions and refrigerate for an hour. Once refrigerated, shape into balls.
  • Melt 100g of dark cooking chocolate over low heat. Add the cream and 30g of butter. Mix well until thick and runny.
  • Dip the balls into the chocolate, or simply pour over and enjoy.

Make sure your chocolate chips are tiny. This will make it easier for you to shape them into balls.
