Remember how we had "Kiri Toffee" when we were little?

- Place a deep pan (or a pot) on the stove.
- Add condensed milk, sugar, butter & stir.
- Add cashew nuts & vanilla essence once it boils.
- Constantly stir till the batter gets dark, thick and sticky, (don't let it get too hard).
- Butter a wide tray, pour the batter in, and then smoothen into shape using a flat spatula.
- Leave to cool and harden for 45-60 mins.
- Cut into cubes and serve.
Don't let the mixture get too hard.
