Munchee Lemon Bars

Follow these steps:

Ingredients

  • packet of Lemon Puff (Munchee)
  • packet of Marshmallows
  • tbsp of Butter

Equipment

  • 2 Bowls
  • 1 Rolling Pin
  • 2 Ziplock Bag

Method

  • Line 8×8-inch baking pan with aluminum foil.
  • Put Lemon Puff into a large Ziploc bag.
  • Crush biscuits until no large pieces remain.
  • Melt butter and marshmallows over saucepan until combined.
  • Add crushed biscuits immediately and mix until combined.
  • Press mixture into lined pan.
  • Cool bars for 10 minutes until set.
  • Cut into bars.
