Ritzbury Chocolate Marshmallow Mousse

  • Light and fluffy chocolate mousse that's easy to make and takes no time at all!

Here's how you can whip up an easy Chocolate Mousse.


  • oz of Dark Cooking Chocolate (Ritzbury)
  • grams of Butter
  • cups of Marshmallows
  • ml of Water
  • cup of Heavy Whipping Cream
  • tsp of Vanilla extract


  • 4 Dessert bowls


  • Put the marshmallows, butter, chocolate and water in a heavy-based saucepan.
  • Put the saucepan, over heat, to melt the contents, stirring every now and again. Remove from the heat.
  • Meanwhile, whip the cream with the vanilla extract until thick, and then fold into the cooling chocolate mixture until you have a smooth, cohesive mixture.
  • Pour into bowl and chill until ready to serve.



When melting chocolate and butter, always double boil on a low flame.
