It was opened in mid-2018 by two Sri Lankan born Aussies who have a passion for travel. It has been a hit with young international tourists since then, but the Easter Bombings and Covid related travel restrictions severely impacted the hotel. The hotel is beautifully designed with carefully curated photographs and furniture all designed to provide a casual and informal feeling. It exudes a special vibe and character and has a cheerful ambience. The walls are decorated with beautiful colourful street portraits of people from different parts of Asia, all taken by one of the owners.
There are nine spacious rooms with ensuite bathrooms. Eight of the rooms have balconies and ocean views. Five are Double Rooms and four are Dorm Rooms. All Double Rooms sleep two people, and the Dorm Rooms sleep up to four. The property can be booked for exclusive use and can accommodate up to 26 people.
