The JustGoodness Movement.

JustGoodness.co is an e-commerce platform that aims to empower people with alternative healthy lifestyle product options for a sustainable future. They have over 1000 items available to purchase online with island-wide delivery and international shipping.

The thoughtful concept behind JustGoodness.co can be wonderfully captured by these three words: Community, Wellness, and Sustainability.

The Why

Shehani Rasaputra, its founder, started JustGoodness.co when her son was born and she wanted to give her family healthier and holistic lifestyle, but couldn't seem to find any products off the usual shelves that weren't laden with harmful chemicals, which is when her idea for JustGoodness.co came to be.

JustGoodness.co believes that buying better products and supporting companies with the right value systems, will inspire other companies to follow suit. With this growing support system, it would enable greater economic opportunities amongst these like-minded businesses that value sustainable and environmentally conscious business practices.

The Products

Their vision of wanting to have a healthier alternative to anything in a household is clearly shown in their 12 product categories. With over 800 chemical-free products, the range on JustGoodness.co.co starts as broad as organic fertilizers all the way to baby products, cleaning, skincare, snacks and groceries!

“There are so many everyday decisions we make that we don’t spend too much time thinking about. For example, shampoo bottles. An average house uses 1 bottle of shampoo a month. That’s 12 plastic bottles per family. For every family! An easy switch that we encourage people to make is to shampoo bars. A solid alternative made of natural ingredients that lathers just like liquid shampoo. No plastic, no harmful chemicals, all natural! The problem doesn’t lie in the lack of alternatives, the problem lies in the knowledge of these alternatives and access to them.”

The Community

The heart of JustGoodness.co is really one filled with a passion and drive to do good. The core of this lies in their vendor community. A group of SME’s, cottage industries and the occasional corporate, who have built businesses with the intention of making a difference.

“Majority of the companies we work with are small. They don’t have the tech-know-how, the capital or the network to go online, market, distribute and brand their companies or their products. They sustain themselves by supplying shops or small hotels in their vicinity and have not been able to go much further than that.”

Rally The Troops

The female-run JustGoodness.co team has developed tools and mapped solutions for anyone anywhere in the country to conveniently start or level up their healthy lifestyle journey and is calling out to all socially responsible retailers, businesses and citizens to get in touch and join them on their mission of building a better world by supporting better businesses for a better future, in line with their belief that the only way forward is together.
