The Workshop Players present My Fair Lady. The show starts 6 October and goes on to 15 October 2017 with 02 Matinees on the 14th and 15th. The play takes place at the Lionel Wendt Art Centre and starts at 7:30 PM. Lionel Wendt Art Centre, Guildford Crescent Colombo 7.
Saturday 7, October
The Annasi and Kadalagotu Literary Festival will be taking place on the 7th of October, at the Mount Lavinia Hotel. Tickets are priced at Rs. 100. Head down to Mount Lavinia Hotel. Mount. Lavinia Hotel, No 100, Hotel Road, Mt Lavinia.
Sunday 8, October
Bernadeen Silva was one of the founder members of the Women’s Education and Research Centre (WERC). In recognition of her life dedicated to justice and the pursuit of truth, WERC commemorates Bernadeen Silva every year through an event which best reflects her life. This year WERC is celebrating Bernadeen’s memory through an art competition which is to be held at the JDA Art Gallery on both 8th and 9th October. JDA Perera Gallery, Horton Place, Colombo 7
