Yamu should not be taken seriously as the food critics are amateurs who have not seen anything other than what Colombo has to offer. Food critics should be well travelled, gain experience and have access to the right places before they can slander well reputed and respected individuals who have done tremendous things for Sri Lanka. This magazine also depends on other companies for ad revenue so how can you give a serious unbiased review. Gerard Mendis Chocolatier is a superb chocolate shop and is a great addition to Colombo. Some of the other places that add a level of sophistication and quality are Barbara Sansoni and The Gallery Cafe. All of these places are unique and should only be reviewed by critics who are unbiased and have no agenda. SHAME ON YAMU & BHAGYA…
