Been getting my regular wholegrain sourdough from Bread.lk for about an year now…i keep it sliced, (the thinnest possible…probably about 1/4" thick) in the fridge & it stays good for well over a week….great with sweet or savoury spreads as open sandwiches (slightly toasted) or the much loved scrambled eggs & polsambol kind of combination.
Goes well with curry too.
The new raisin bread is a treat with just a bit of butter (again, slightly toasted)
So glad that we have some amazing breads which are so convieniently accessible.
