How It's Made: Beef Samosas

Arabian Knights shows you how to make a delicious batch of these triangle shaped fried goodies.

Portion: 20 samosas 


  • Minced beef - 500g
  • Garlic - 12 cloves
  • Onions - 2 (large)
  • Spices - 1.5 tbsp (chili, pepper, cumin etc. - as preferred)
  • Salt - 1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves - 15g
  • Flour + Water (paste) 
  • Samosa strips - 20
  • Oil


  1. Sautee chopped garlic and onions in a pan of oil
  2. Add minced beef
  3. Add spices and salt
  4. Mix and cook for 15 minutes till brown
  5. Toss in coriander leaves and mix and remove from stove
  6. Separately, mix some flour with water to create a paste
  7. Fold a samosa strip into an envelope
  8. Stuff it with the cooked beef and fold into a neat triangle
  9. Add a touch of flour-paste to the open edges of the strip to help keep the triangle in place
  10. Deep fry in a deep pan of oil till the samosas are light gold
  11. Serve with sauce
