Mango Chutney (SAUCY)

Sweet, tart and just a little spicy, this chutney is not just for kaha buth, but can even make for a sweet dip!


  • 6 cups sliced Semi-Ripe Mangos(6 Mangos)
  • 1 cup Distilled White Vinegar
  • 2 cups Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup chopped Onion
  • 1/2 cup Sultanas
  • 1/4 cup Ginger Paste
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • Chili Flakes or Chili Powder


  1. Bring white vinegar to boil
  2. Add all ingredients
  3. Stir and let simmer for 45 minutes
  4. Serve with Crescent Potato Kieves
