The Greedy Forest

There is an ideal forest in Laki Senanayake’s mind that is the subject of most of his oeuvre, the fantasy space where he goes and fetches an idea every time he needs one. This exhibition tells the story of forty years of dedication to Landscape Design, and which nevertheless have never been properly acknowledged in Sri Lanka’s cultural sphere. Thus this exhibition is long due.

Stigmata Live at Floor by O

The last Floor by O gig was epic. It literally blew the ceiling away, proving that a Sunday evening show can be quite an entertaining adventure. Catch the architects of Pure Sri Lankan Metal add some sonic madness to another Sunday eve with a crushing two hour set comprising of the band’s classics spanning all Four Albums, something a little new, something rather wicked and some WTF twists & doosras to leave you stumped. Special Cameo Appearance: Salvage

When: 2 September
Where: The Floor By O, No 43 1/2, Maitland Crescent Colombo 2

Well then, that's about it from us. For all our events, visit us at KARAMU and you have yourself a great weekend.
