Initially, the dominating sour flavours of the ice cream hit your tastebuds, like you squeezed a slice of lemon on your palate. But then comes the sweetness of the nut butter, which helps to smoothen up the whole thing with the other elements.

Deliciously whipped up from the finest German chocolate, the Chocolate Soufflé comes under their Classic range. It's served with a scoop of coffee ice cream, laid on Tonka bean powder, and garnished with passion fruit coulis.
